MINIMUM STAY: 5 days all months (otherwise upon request and availability)
SMOKING: The indoor areas are non-smoking
CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS: All children are welcome but there is no capacity for extra beds or baby cot in the rooms

ACCOMMODATION POLICIES
- Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
- All children are welcome.
- MINIMUM AGE: There is a minimum age for renting. Unless approved in writing in advance, we cannot rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by two (2) or more adult guardians or parents.

PAYMENT POLICIES
- Prepayment: 30%of the total amount may be charged any time after booking.
- 70% of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival.
- In case of non-show, 100%of the total amount will be charged
CANCELATION POLICIES
- If canceled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- If canceled or modified later, the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
